OSLO, NORWAY – 11 March 2024: Genetic Analysis AS (“GA” or “the Company”) announces that a member of the management has bought GEAN-shares.

Ronny Hermansen, CEO of Genetic Analysis AS, has through the fully owned company InVitroDia AS on Friday 08.03.2024 bought 104.697 GEAN shares at an average price of 0,60 NOK per share. The shares were acquired on the Spotlight Stock Market. Following the transaction, Ronny Hermansen including controlled company owns 686.949 shares and 566.669 options.
