Freetrailer Group A/S: Share buyback – transactions in week 15
On 31 March 2025, Freetrailer Group A/S ("Freetrailer") initiated a share buyback programme.
Under the programme, which runs from 31 March 2025 through 30 June 2025, Freetrailer will repurchase shares for a maximum total consideration of up to DKK 20 million.
The share buyback programme has been launched pursuant to the provisions of EU Commission Regulation No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the "Market Abuse Regulation"), which protects listed companies’ board of directors and executive management from violating insider trading regulations in connection with share buybacks.

The share buyback transactions have been carried out by Freetrailer Group’s financial advisor, ABG Sundal Collier.
As of today, Freetrailer holds 57,105 treasury shares, corresponding to 0.59% of the total number of issued shares, which amounts to 9,677,574.
