Freetrailer and POWER enter multi-year agreement for trailer rentals in Norway
Freetrailer has entered into a multi-year framework agreement with POWER Norway for the rental of trailers. This agreement aligns with our strategy to strengthen our presence in the largest Norwegian cities, and we will begin implementing the service in 10 selected POWER stores.
Nicolai Frisch, Group CEO of Freetrailer, states:
"The interest in Freetrailer is rapidly increasing in Norway, where more and more users are utilizing our trailers for various transportation needs. What makes our service unique is that you don't need to be a customer in the store to use the trailers. The only requirement is the Freetrailer app, which allows everyone to use the trailers as needed."
"In the initial phase, 20 trailers will be available from March to April in selected stores in Trondheim, Stavanger, Oslo, and Bergen. This expansion offers a practical solution for customers, making it easier to transport large purchases. Stores have found that the trailers serve as moving billboards, generating good local attention," concludes Nicolai Frisch.
The collaboration with POWER Norway expands our existing partnership with POWER Denmark, which has already been a great success with a presence in multiple stores with many trailers. We look forward to continuing this success in Norway and strengthening our network. Over the past two years, the number of annual free trailer rentals in Norway has increased from 50,000 to 130,000. With the agreement with POWER, Freetrailer is now approaching 650 trailers available for rental throughout Norway.
POWER is currently a growing electronics giant in the Nordic region. With nearly 200 stores spread across four countries and over 4,400 employees, POWER plays a significant role in the Nordic market. Freetrailer's collaboration with POWER underscores our dedication to working with leading companies in the industry and improving services for our customers.
