Flexion to seek approval for appointment of Evelyn Partners as new external Auditor

London, 25^th June 2024 – Flexion Mobile Plc (Nasdaq: FLEXM), the games marketing company reports that following the resignation of Grant Thornton UK LLP, it will ask Shareholders at its forthcoming AGM on 26 June 2024 to authorise the Company to appoint Evelyn Partners (a top 10 UK accountancy firm) as its new external auditor for the 2023 annual audit and for authority to agree the auditor’s remuneration. Such appointment being subject to the completion of Evelyn’s standard client acceptance procedures.
