Flexion Mobile’s CFO buys shares for SEK 3.1m

LONDON, 13th of December 2022 – Flexion Mobile Plc (Nasdaq: FLEXM), the Android games marketing company announced today that its CFO, Niklas Koresaar, has acquired 437,500 newly allotted shares in the Company through the Company’s share option scheme. The fixed purchase price of the shares, GBP 0.24m, equivalent to SEK 3.1m, was set at time of grant of options in accordance with HMRC’s rules for Enterprise Incentive Schemes.
