Flexion announces resignation of its auditor and prepares for a new appointment

LONDON, 13th of June 2024 – Flexion Mobile Plc (Nasdaq: FLEXM), the games marketing company reports that following the recent filing of its delayed 2022 accounts, the Company has asked its auditors, Grant Thornton UK LLP, to resign which they have formally done today. The Company is currently undertaking the procedures required in the United Kingdom to appoint new auditors. The Company expects to submit the name of its new auditor for approval at its AGM on 26^th of June 2024.
