EYEON GROUP AB (publ): EyeonGroup enters into agreement with Mangold Fondkommission

On June 18, 2024, the market was informed that the Board of Directors of EyeonGroup is considering a change of stock exchange from NGM to Nasdaq. As part of this process, the Board has now decided to enter into an agreement with Mangold Fondkommission as financial advisor, marking a step forward in this process.

Mangold Fondkommission is one of the larger players in Sweden within Investment Banking and offers financial services aimed at companies on smaller marketplaces in Sweden. Mangold Fondkommission has extensive experience in listing processes and exchange changes, which aligns well with the position EyeonGroup is currently in. In the first stage, a listing on Nasdaq First North is planned, but the company aims to target the main list within 1-2 years.

The agreement means that Mangold Fondkommission will act as EyeonGroup's financial advisor and support the process from start to finish.
