Ensurge Micropower ASA - Registration of Share Capital Increase

Oslo, 24 October 2024

Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") on 19 September 2024 regarding a successful private placement of shares, divided in a Tranche 1 and a Tranche 2. Further reference is made to the announcement by the Company on 14 October 2024 regarding the approval of the Tranche 2 by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on such date. 

The share capital increase associated with Tranche 2 has now been duly registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 348,613,173 divided into 697,226,346 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.50.
