The Annual General Meeting in Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") will be held on 14 May 2024 at 9:00 (CET) as an electronic meeting. Please find enclosed the notice including attendance forms and online guides (in English and in Norwegian).
Attached to the notice is also a request for shareholders in the Company to agree to receive all notices of the general meetings in the Company electronically. The Company encourages the shareholders to accept such electronic communication by completing and returning the attached request.
