Embellence Group appoints Robert Shams Smolander as Head of Group Change Management & Sustainability
During the month of December, Robert Shams Smolander will take up the new position as Head of Group Change Management & Sustainability with responsibility for the Group's work with sustainability, strategic change initiatives and additional acquisitions.
Robert most recently came from a position working as a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where he successfully ran strategic growth and development projects, operational improvement projects and company transactions for companies in various industries. He has a master's degree in Industrial engineering and management from Chalmers University of Technology with a focus on entrepreneurship and has also studied business management at UCLA in the USA.

Embellence Group's ambitious acquisition strategy means that the company intends to double the company's size by 2025 with a focus on premium brands in wallpaper, textiles, rugs and other home furnishings.
