Eastnine leases 8,300 sq.m. in Vilnius
Demand for premium offices in Vilnius is high and rental levels are rising. During the second quarter, Eastnine leased approximately 8,300 sq.m. in Vilnius, divided between several new tenants. Most of the leases have taken place in the Uniq property, which, after all the tenants have moved in, will be fully let.
Of the total new letting of approximately 8,300 sq.m. during the quarter, 5,800 sq.m. refers to the Uniq property, close to 1,600 sq.m. 3Bures-1,2 and the remaining Vertas-1 and 2. Among the new tenants in Uniq is Accenture, which is establishing a new service centre in information and communication technology of approximately 1,100 sq.m. from October, the custom software development company ITAG LT rents premises of equal size from the beginning of July, the video game development and publishing company Wargaming rents 2,600 sq.m. from the end of June and the staffing and business services company Strategic Staffing Solutions rents 750 sq.m. from July 2022. The new leases mean that Uniq is fully let, with successive occupations until the fourth quarter of 2022. Danske Bank, which previously rented the entire property of 6,900 sq.m., left all areas in May 2022.
In 3Bures-1,2, the IT company Komponent, among others, has signed an agreement for approximately 800 sq.m. and Eskimi, a global AdTech digital advertising platform, rents approximately 600 sq.m. Both tenants will move in during August 2022.

Terminations during the second quarter so far amount to approximately 1,000 sq.m.
