Early redemption of subordinated Tier 2 notes issued by Collector Bank AB

On 21 June 2022 Collector Bank AB (“Collector Bank”) will redeem all of its outstanding subordinated callable Tier 2 notes with ISIN SE0010101402 of SEK 500 million issued 21 June 2017.

Collector Bank will in accordance with the terms and conditions use its right to redeem the notes early. The outstanding notes will be redeemed in full at their nominal amount, together with accrued unpaid interest. The redemption has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

The redemption date is 21 June 2022 and payment will be made to registered holders in the debt register kept by Euroclear Sweden on 14 June 2022. Collector Bank will send notice of early redemption to registered holders in the debt register kept by Euroclear Sweden. The notice will also be published on the company’s website.

The notes will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm in connection with the early redemption.
