Dignitana enhances customer support with InfuSystem field service partnership
Scalp cooling innovator Dignitana AB announces today the expansion of the company’s partnership with InfuSystem Holdings, Inc., to include field service support of The DigniCap Scalp Cooling System in U.S. chemotherapy infusion centers.
As part of the Field Service Agreement, certified InfuSystem Field Specialists will provide biomedical services which include telephone support, repair solutions and annual preventive maintenance to DigniCap providers in the United States. Service will be conducted on-site at the facility and off-site at one of InfuSystem’s seven service centers. Currently approximately 300 infusion centers offer DigniCap scalp cooling to patients undergoing chemotherapy.
