Dignitana board member William Cronin resigns

Dignitana AB announces that William Cronin, Deputy Chairman of the Board, has resigned from the Board of Directors. Citing personal reasons, his resignation takes effect 24 June 2024.

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank William for his many years of service to Dignitana, both as a board member and previously as CEO. His contributions to the company are significant, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” comments Klas Arildsson, Chairman of the Board.
