Decisions of the organisational meeting of Alisa Bank Plc Board of Directors

On 20 April 2023, the Annual General Meeting elected Markku Pohjola as Chair and Teuvo Salminen as Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors.

At the organisational meeting of the Board of Directors 20 April 2023 held after the Annual General Meeting Teuvo Salminen was elected as Chair and Johanna Lamminen, Sami Honkonen and Tero Weckroth as members of the audit committee.

Markku Pohjola was elected as Chair and Lea Keinänen and Jorma Pirinen as members of the personnel committee.

At its organisational meeting, the Board assesses the members' independence from the company and its significant shareholders. All members are independent of the company and the company's significant shareholders.
