Correction to Grant of warrants (Company Announcement no. 19-2023 of 31 March 2023)

Penneo announced on 31 March 2023 in Company Announcement no. 19-2023 that the Board of Directors had exercised part of its current authorization to issue a total of 823,761 warrants to the Board of Directors, the Executive Management and key managers in Penneo. 

This number is incorrect and should have been announced correctly as 780,613 warrants as only 286,582 warrants were granted to the Board of Directors as opposed to the originally announced 329,730.
