Correction to company announcement no. 26-2023: Donkey Republic discontinues agreement with Market Maker
Company Announcement no. 27-2023
In company announcement no. 26, released earlier today, Donkey Republic described the discontinuation of the agreement with Jyske Bank to act as liquidity provider, which could be misunderstood. Hence this correction is published to clarify the agreement with Jyske Bank to act as Market Maker, which is common practice when being listed on Nasdaq First North and to then discontinue the agreement after a certain amount of time. This correction announcement specifies company announcement no. 26-2023 as follows:
The agreement with Jyske Bank to act as Market Maker, was made in connection with the listing of Donkey Republic in May 2021 to increase liquidity when trading the Company’s shares, which at that time was common practice in connection with IPOs on Nasdaq First North. By discontinuing this agreement, Donkey Republic follows the trend from other companies listed on Nasdaq First North. The discontinuation of the agreement with Jyske Bank to act as Market Maker takes effect from 1 December 2023.
