Correction* Techstep ASA - Mandatory notification of trade in connection with Private Placement

Correction is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 9 October 2024 regarding mandatory notification of trade in connection with the Private Placement, with regard to the number of allocated Offer Shares to Datum AS as follows:

• Datum AS has been allocated 461,217 Offer Shares. Datum AS is a close associate of member of the  board of directors of the Company (the "Board"), Harald Arnet.
• Datum Vekst AS has been allocated 51,246 Offer Shares. Datum Vekst AS is a close associate of member of the  Board, Harald Arnet.
