Transaction notification under Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation
Penneo hereby announces in accordance with section 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation), to have received the following correction to notifications from a legal person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibility in Penneo.

In Company Announcement No. 31-2021 of 17 December 2021 it was announced that André Clément Holding ApS on 15 December 2021 had sold 7.822 shares in Penneo for a price of DKK 17,00 per share.
Penneo has today received a correction from André Clément Holding ApS as to the price per share and amount. The correct price per share was DKK 16,8756 and the correct amount of shares was 20.669.

This correction is only related to the sale of shares by André Clément Holding ApS on 15 December 2021.
The information regarding Casper Nielsen Christiansen's purchase of shares on 16 December 2021 also included in Company Announcement No 31-2021 of 17 December 2021, is therefore not affected by this correction.
