Corem signs restaurant lease in New York
Corem has signed a lease contract for 734 sq.m. of restaurant space at the project property 1245 Broadway in New York with the tenant JKS Restaurants. The tenant operates internationally with around thirty restaurant concepts, including a number of restaurants that have been awarded Michelin stars. JKS Restaurants will move in during 2025 and the lease term is fifteen years.
1245 Broadway is a 23-story office building located at the corner of 31st Street and Broadway in Manhattan. The project is Corem’s largest ongoing project and is being developed in collaboration with GDS Development Management (GDSNY). 1245 Broadway was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and features architectural cast-in-place concrete, a private lounge, F&B catering to tenant floors, and panoramic views of Manhattan. The building is LEED Gold certified and offers spaces with the latest technology in air quality and touchless systems.

With the signing of the JKS Restaurants lease, 57 percent of the leasable area of the project 1245 Broadway is now leased. Corem’s total annual contract value for all signed lease contracts in the USA amounts to around 15 million USD.
