Corem signs a five-year lease with store chain Normal in Globen Shopping
Corem has signed a lease with the store chain Normal in the Globen Shopping mall, the property Arenan 2. For Normal, this marks a new establishment in the area.
Normal is a fast-growing store chain, with a wide range of well-known brands in beauty, skin and hair care, among others. The chain was established in Denmark in 2013 and today has over 600 stores in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Holland, France, Finland, Portugal and Spain.
The lease is for five years and covers 600 square meters of premises, of which 300 square meters is retail space. Store opening is planned for the second quarter of 2024.
"For some time we have wanted to establish a store in the area. The location offers very good accessibility with the opportunity for us to reach many, and also shows strong development going forward. We look forward to developing here, together with Corem," said Jan Nyberg, CEO of Normal Sweden.
"Normal forms a valuable addition to the existing range of stores, restaurants and service in Globen Shopping. We are very happy to be able to welcome Normal and be part of their new establishment in the area," said Rutger Arnhult, Corem's CEO.
