Corem Property Group AB (publ) issues senior unsecured green bonds

Corem Property Group AB (publ) (”Corem” or the ”Company”) has successfully issued new senior unsecured green bonds of SEK 1,300 million (the “New Green Bonds”). The New Green Bonds were issued under a framework of SEK 2 billion, have a tenor of 3 years and a floating interest rate of 3 months Stibor plus 295 basis points and will mature on 26 September 2027. The Company intends to apply for listing of the New Green Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
The proceeds from the New Green Bonds will be used in accordance with the Green Finance Framework, including financing or refinancing of green buildings and investments in energy efficiency and redemption and/or repurchase of Corem Kelly AB (publ)’s outstanding bonds as well as the Company’s outstanding bonds.
Nordea, SEB and Swedbank have acted as joint bookrunners in the transaction. Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor for the Company.
