Corem divests a property in Copenhagen for SEK 890 million

Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of a property in Copenhagen at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 890 million, which is in line with book value.

 

The property, which is located in Frederiksberg and has a lettable area of approximately 19,300 square meters, is fully leased to Copenhagen Business School.

 

Transfer of possession is planned for 6 March 2024.
