Coor and ICA extend their collaboration
Coor has extended its IFM agreement with Swedish retailer ICA with five years. The contract starts on 1 November 2024 with a total value during the contract period of more than SEK 1 Bn, including estimated contract volumes.
ICA Gruppen AB is a leading retail company with a focus on food and health in Sweden and the Baltics. The IFM contract entails that Coor will continue to deliver property, workplace including cleaning, and security services to 20 of ICA’s warehouse and logistics facilities and offices around Sweden, in a partnership agreement.
