COMPOSITION OF TELESTE’S SHAREHOLDERS’ NOMINATION BOARD
The following members have been appointed to Teleste’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board:
- Chairman of the Board of Directors, Timo Luukkainen, Tianta Oy (Chair),
- Director Patrick Lapveteläinen, Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited, and
- Director Esko Torsti, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
According to the Charter of the Shareholders’ Nomination Board approved by the Annual General Meeting 2020, the members of the Shareholders’ Nomination Board represent the company's three largest shareholders.
The Shareholders’ Nomination Board prepares and presents proposals on the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting as well as ensures that the Board of Directors and its members have sufficient competence and experience to meet the needs of the company.
The Nomination Board shall forward its proposals to Teleste’s Board of Directors by 28 February 2025.
