Completion of rights issue; total number of shares and voting rights

Today, LED iBond International’s rights issue, announced on 16 March 2021, has been completed.

The 3,172,965 new shares subscribed in the rights issue are expected to be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark on 28 April 2021 under the ISIN code for the company's existing shares, DK0061274529.

As a result of the rights issue, LED iBond International A/S’ share capital has increased by DKK 158,648.25 to DKK 793,241.25, divided into 15,864,825 shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.05 each. The total number of voting rights in the company is 15,864,825.

The company’s articles of association have been revised to reflect the capital increase and are available at the company’s website www.ledibond.com.
