Collector Bank publishes supplement to the prospectus

Collector Bank AB (publ) (“Collector Bank”) has prepared a supplement to the prospectus regarding the intra-group merger between Collector Bank and Collector AB, which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on Wednesday, 20 April 2022, and published the same day.

The supplement to the previously published prospectus has been prepared by reason of Collector AB having published its interim report for the period January-March 2022 on Tuesday, 26 April 2022.

The prospectus supplement has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available on Collector’s website, www.collector.se/en/.
