Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe announces last day of trading in BTA

Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB's (publ) ("Clean Industry Solutions" or the "Company") rights issue of shares, which was resolved by the Company's Board of Directors on 31 August 2023, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. 

The last day of trading in BTA (paid subscribed share) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be on 12 October 2023 and stop day will be on 16 October 2023. The new shares are expected to be booked in each shareholder’s VP account/depository on 18 October 2023.
