ChromoGenics announces new date for its annual general meeting and annual report 2023
2024-04-08 Uppsala, Sweden – ChromoGenics, a leading provider of dynamic glass solutions, announces that the Board of Directors has decided to reschedule the company’s annual general meeting from May 28th 2024 to June 25th 2024. The submission of the annual report 2023 will also be altered from 25th April to 4th June 2024.
