Chief Technology Officer steps down from his role in Penneo

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder Jan Flora steps down from his role in Penneo as of June 2022. Jan Flora’s shares and warrants remain under lock up as per the IPO document.

Chairman of the Board, Christian Sagild comments on Jan Flora’s resignation: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jan Flora for his contribution as CTO of Penneo. Jan Flora has been instrumental in shaping the technological vision of Penneo and building up a strong product and a strong team”. 

The technological development will continue and Jan Flora’s responsibilities will be distributed to Penneo’s Director of Engineering, Jesús Otero and Director of Product, Christoph Dargel. 

As of February 2022, Jan Flora steps down from the Executive Board. Consequently, the Executive Board consists of CEO Christian Stendevad.
