Changes to Heeros Plc's financial reporting and its schedule

Heeros Plc has resolved to change its financial reporting practice and will only publish a half-year financial report and a financial statements release going forward. Consequently, the company will not publish a business review for January-March 2025 on 24 April 2025 or a business review for January-September 2025 on 23 October 2025, as previously announced. In addition, the half-year financial report January-June 2025 is postponed to be published on 29 August 2025 and will therefore not be published on 13 August 2025, as previously announced.

Accountor Finago Oy has acquired through a public tender offer more than 90 percent of all issued and outstanding shares and voting rights in Heeros Plc. Accountor Finago Oy has on 12 March 2025 announced that it will commence redemption proceedings in respect of the remaining minority shares in Heeros Plc. Furthermore, Accountor Finago Oy has announced that it intends to cause Heeros Plc’s shares to be delisted from First North Growth Market Finland maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as soon as reasonably practicable.
