Changed number of shares in Prisma Properties AB
During June 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Prisma Properties AB (the "Company") has changed as a result of the new issue of 45,500,000 shares which was completed in connection with the offer and listing of the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 18 June 2024, as well as the redemption of 1,200,000 subordinated shares which was carried out on 20 June 2024. The new issue of shares resulted in an increase of the number of shares and votes in the Company with in total 45,500,000, and the redemption of subordinated shares resulted in a decrease of the number of shares with 1,200,000 and votes with 12,000,000. Thereby, as of 28 June 2024, the number of shares and votes in the Company amount to 164,521,538.
