The release of Shape Robotics' annual report for 2023, initially scheduled for latest April 8, 2024, is anticipated to be delayed. This delay is attributed to the acquisition of Skriware, as announced in 42-23, and the associated tasks related to purchase price allocation and consolidation as per December 31st accordingly with IFRS standards. However, the annual report is expected to be published no later than April 12, 2024.
There are no other changes in the financial calendar.
