Change of number of shares and votes in Eastnine

As of 31 May 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Eastnine AB (publ) amounts to 89,481,044 shares and votes.

The number of shares and votes has increased during May as a result of a share split, whereby each share was divided into four shares. The number of shares and votes has thus increased by 67,110,783 shares and votes.

As a result of the share split, the previously resolved, but not yet distributed, dividends amount to SEK 0.29 per share and payment occasion. Record dates for such dividends are Tuesday, 27 August 2024; Tuesday, 12 November 2024; and Tuesday, 21 January 2025, respectively, and the payment dates are Friday, 30 August 2024; Friday, 15 November 2024; and Friday, 24 January 2025, respectively.
