Change of ISIN for UIE Plc.

As decided at UIE’s Extraordinary General Meeting on 10 December 2019, the Company changed its domicile from the Bahamas to Malta, with effect from 30 December 2019.

In continuation of this, the ISIN code is now changed from BSP951331318 to a Maltese ISIN code MT0002400100 via exchange in the ratio 1:1.

After the change to the new ISIN code, the issued share capital is unchanged at 3,352,769 shares of 10 USD per share, corresponding to a total nominal value of USD 33,527,690.

The first trading day with the new ISIN code (MT0002400100) will be 16 May 2022.
