Change in the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB

The number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the “Company”) as of 31 January 2025 amounts to 263,746,796 shares, of which all shares are ordinary shares. There are currently no issued shares of series C. The total number of shares and votes in the Company as of 31 January 2025 amounts to 263,746,796.

The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to the directed new issue of 26,100,000 ordinary shares that was resolved by the Board of Directors on 15 January 2025 with support from the authorisation by the Annual General Meeting 2024.
