Change in the number of shares and votes in Sinch AB (publ)

Stockholm, Sweden – 31 January 2025 – Sinch AB (publ), which is pioneering the way the world communicates through its Customer Communications Cloud, today announces that the number of shares and votes in Sinch AB (publ), registration number 556882-8908 (“Sinch”), amounts to 844,556,222.

The change in the number of shares and votes is a result of 50,188 new shares issued in January upon exercise of stock options/warrants within the frame of incentive program LTI 2022.
