Change in number of shares and votes

The total number of shares and votes in Balco Group AB ("Balco") has increased by 728,820 shares and votes. The reason for the increase in the number of shares and votes is the implementation of the directed new issue of 728,820 shares decided by the board on January 22, 2024, with the support of authorization from the annual general meeting on May 9, 2023, due to Balco's acquisition of Riikku Group Oy. As of 31 January 2024, the number of shares and votes in Balco thus amounts to 22,638,168 shares and votes. Balco does not hold any own shares.
