CEO Hans Tino Hansen acquires 500,000 shares in Risk Intelligence A/S

On the 11 December the CEO of Risk Intelligence A/S (RISK.CO), Hans Tino Hansen, announced his holding company Sandbjerg Holding ApS has purchased 500,000 shares (456,030 shares at DKK 1.30 acquired directly from an investor and 43,970 shares acquired in the market at value weighted average price of DKK 1.02 equal to a total amount of DKK 637,794).

Hans Tino Hansen’s total shareholdings after this transaction are 3,926,000 shares (226,000 held privately and 3,700,000 shares through Sandbjerg Holding ApS).
