CEO Anders Fogelberg reduces shareholding
On September 19, 2022, FlexQube's CEO Anders Fogelberg sold 310,000 shares in FlexQube AB (publ) via his company Birdmountain Invest AB. Anders Fogelberg's holdings then amount to a total of 946,483 shares, which makes him FlexQube's fourth largest owner. All buyers of the shares are existing shareholders in FlexQube.
Håkan Roos, through Roosgruppen, increases his existing shareholding by 200,000 shares and subsequently owns 1,432,000 shares. Brofund Equity buys 100,000 shares and thus increases to 185,000 shares in the company, and Mikael Bluhme, who is a board member in FlexQube, increases his shareholding by 10,000 shares.
Anders Fogelberg, VD comments," For a long time, I have intended to reduce my holdings for purely personal financial reasons, e.g., to be able to repay loans and invest in a house. As a co-founder of the company, my personal finances have been built on FlexQube, and the work and the investment I have made financially in the company since the start in 2010 have been significant. My strong belief in FlexQube's future remains where the possibilities ahead feel incredibly exciting. It also feels comfortable that the sale is to a group of investors who I think are long-term and dedicated to FlexQube's continued development."
