Business Update from M.O.B.A. Network - Positive Download Trend and Development

MOBA Network proudly announces that the company's efforts over the past quarters have resulted in significant progress. With a focus on continuing to develop our platforms, we can report that Porofessor, one of our acquired platforms, has seen a substantial increase in the number of downloads since its acquisition. Porofessor has reached a total of 11.5 million downloads, with a steady growth rate of over 7,800 per day. Additionally, we observe a positive trend in revenue per user.

In addition to the development of Porofessor's user base, we have been actively working on structuring and developing our other platforms and our YouTube network, Union For Gamers. Our goal is to optimize synergies and create maximum network effect across all our platforms. As of today, we hold 25 community brands and manage nearly 1000 YouTube channels, an increase from 13 community websites during H1 2021.
