Bulletin from Sivers Semiconductors AB (publ)’s Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 February 2024
The Extraordinary General Meeting in Sivers Semiconductors AB (publ) (the “Company”) has been held on 28 February 2024 and in particular the following decisions were resolved.
The general meeting resolved that the board of directors would, until the end of the next annual general meeting, consist of five members elected by the general meeting without deputies. Further, the general meeting resolved that the annual general meeting’s resolution from 25 May 2023 on remuneration amounting to a total of SEK 2,520,000, of which SEK 1,050,000 to the chairman of the board and SEK 350,000 to each of the other board members, shall continue to apply. The general meeting also resolved to implement a new role, vice chairman, who will receive annual remuneration of SEK 600 000.
It was also resolved to appoint Dr. Bami Bastani as a new board member and chairman of the Company until the end of the next annual general meeting. Furthermore, it was resolved to appoint the former chairman of the board, Tomas Duffy, as vice chairman of the board.
