Bravida grows its automation services in Stockholm
Bravida acquires the company Huddinge Elteknik AB, thereby strengthening its position in the automation and water sectors in Stockholm and the surrounding area. The company has 25 employees and generates annual sales of around SEK 30 million.
Huddinge Elteknik was founded in 1972 and is an automation company that is active in the areas of electrics, control systems and regulation equipment for water, wastewater, energy and gas facilities. The company’s customer base includes both public organisations and industrial operators.
“Huddinge Elteknik is a well-managed company with excellent expertise, which can make a major contribution to the development of our automation services in the Stockholm market. I look forward to welcoming Huddinge Elteknik and its staff to Bravida,” comments Lars Täuber, Head of Division Stockholm at Bravida.
Sara Schilt and Martin Larsson, the owners of Huddinge Elteknik AB, will also join Bravida. They comment:
“Bravida is active in a number of different areas, so we will complement each other well and we can focus on process automation relating to water and wastewater, which is our core business. It will be a great advantage to be able to work together with other branches. We are looking forward to becoming part of such a large company as Bravida and we are convinced that we will develop well together.”
Bravida will take over as the new owner on 2 January 2024.
