Bravida grows in industrial piping in the Örnsköldsvik area
Bravida is acquiring the company Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik AB, thereby strengthening its position in industrial piping in the area around Örnsköldsvik. The company has 50 employees and generates annual sales of around SEK 148 million.
Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik AB was founded in 2006 and is active in the process and paper industry, power and heating plants, energy and heat recovery facilities and heating and plumbing installations. The company is based in Örnsköldsvik and also operates in Umeå and Sundsvall.
“It is very exciting and inspiring that Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik is joining Bravida. The acquisition is another step in our strategy to develop the Industry region. This will make us stronger geographically and better equipped to work with synergies between the various Bravida branches,” comments Daniel Ytterbom, Regional Manager for Region Industry at Bravida.
Sven Arnerlöf and Roine Nilsson, the co-owners of Örnsköldsviks Rörteknik AB, will continue to be part of the business. They comment:
“It feels great to be joining Bravida, which is a large organisation that can offer our employees even more development opportunities. We already know a lot of the employees in the Industry region at Bravida, so that will help make us a strong unit.”
Bravida will become the new owner on 31 December 2023.
