Bonheur ASA completed tap issue

Today, Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a NOK 150 million tap issue in its outstanding 5-year senior unsecured green bond issue due September 15, 2028 with ISIN NO 0013014688(the "Bonds"). Total outstanding amount under the Bonds following the tap issue is NOK 750  million. The tap issue was priced at 101% of par equivalent to spread to maturity of 2,74%. The tap issue was initiated by reversed inquiries. Net proceeds from the tap issue will be used to finance green projects as further defined by the Bonheur’s green finance framework. Pareto Securities acted as sole arranger for the tap issue
