Biokraft International AB (“Biokraft” or the “Company”) has announced through a press release on 22 March 2024 that the Company has applied for delisting of the Company’s share from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

Nasdaq has now approved Biokraft’s application on delisting and resolved that the last day of trading in the Company’s share on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market will be 8 April 2024.
