Bengt Dahlgren moves to Textiltorget in Hammarby Sjöstad
Fabege has signed a lease agreement with the infrastructure consultancy Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm AB for approximately 2,250 square metres of office space in Hammarby Sjöstad. Occupancy is scheduled to commence on 31 January 2025 and the agreement has a duration of 6 years. The property Påsen 1, which has the concept name Textiltorget, is being carefully renovated and will be certified according to BREEAM-SE Bespoke with the Excellent level.
Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm will move into the top three floors, which have access to a terrace. The area is already very vibrant, due to its central location in Hammarby Sjöstad, close to tram and metro links at Mårtensdal and Gullmarsplan. Transport options will be further improved in 2030, when a new metro line opens.
“We are delighted that Bengt Dahlgren has chosen to move into our fantastic Textiltorget property. With its vibrant street environment, people will not just pass by, but will also take time for a morning coffee, shopping or a cafe visit after work. This is completely in line with our vision of really bringing the area along Virkesvägen to life,” says Linus Tillander, Letting Manager at Fabege.
Fabege has an eye for the design and preservation of key details, while also developing the building to meet the needs of its tenants. Together with Tengbom Arkitekter, a unique character is being created that enriches the entire creative cluster in Hammarby Sjöstad.
“We are very pleased to announce that we are moving to new premises but staying in Hammarby Sjöstad. Fabege is a company that shares our values regarding technology, sustainability and social benefits, which makes the collaboration particularly important to us. The fact that we also have the opportunity to continue to be based in an area in which we feel at home is something we value highly,” says Erik Bolander, CEO of Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm AB.
