B2 Impact ASA: Share buy-back
Reference is made to the stock announcement by B2 Impact ASA (the "Company") on 25 May 2023 regarding the initiation of the current share buy-back programme. The Company hereby amends the purpose of the programme to both reduce the capital of the Company and meet obligations arising from the Company's share incentive programmes. The purpose of the amendment is to avoid the need for capital increases in order to honor obligations arising from the Company's share incentive programmes. A limited number of shares already acquired under the programme may be used to honour such obligations in the future.

Date on which the share buy-back programme for 2023 was announced: 25 May 2023.
The duration of the 2023 buy-back programme: 26 May 2023 until the Annual General Meeting 2024 at the latest.
Size of the buy-back programme: Up to 25,000,000 shares, but maximum total consideration: NOK 162,600,000.
From 13 November 2023 until 17 November 2023, B2 Impact ASA purchased a total of 378,000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 7.06 per share.
