B2 Impact ASA: Annual report 2023

The Board of Directors of B2 Impact ASA has on 25 April 2024 approved the Annual report for 2023. There are no material adjustments in the final accounts compared with the preliminary financial statements published on 15 February 2024. In the Annual Financial Statements there has been a reclassification of NOK 99 million from Other Comprehensive income to Other equity with no effect for the reported net profit.

The Annual report 2023 is attached to this notice and is also available on the company’s website, www.b2-impact.com. The report is also available in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).

Furthermore, B2 Impact publishes its Remuneration report on leading personnel in compliance with section 6-16b of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act.

B2 Impact no longer publish a separate sustainability report. The information previously included in this report is now integrated in the Annual Report. The Taxonomy report is published on the company’s website, www.b2-impact.com.
