AutoStore Holdings Ltd - Mandatory notification of trade - Exercise of RSUs

(Nedre Vats, 16 August 2024): Hege Skryseth, board member of AutoStore Holdings Ltd ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO), has today exercised a total of 14,516 restricted share units ("RSUs"). The RSUs will be settled through the delivery of 14,516 shares held by AutoStore (treasury shares).
